- Follow-up consultation to present ideas.
- Bespoke fixed price design service tailored to your requirements including Design scheme, layout, suggested fixtures, fittings, finishes and equipment.
- On-going consultations as required.
- One set of changes.
- Prices: Rooms with floor area up to and including 6m² – £350. Rooms with floor area over 6m² – charged @ £55 per m².

Phoenica can supply you with a design scheme including drawings, visuals and suggested schedule of fixtures, fittings and furnishings that will give prospective buyers a visual impression of your property’s potential. Computer Aided Design
CAD drawings are essential for any building or interior design project. They ensure that everything is to scale and the design appropriate for the space.
CAD drawings are priced at:
- £15/m² including site survey (mileage chargeable @ 45p/mile)
- £10/m² measurements supplied by customer.
- Drawings sent online.
- Printed copies available in A1, A2, A3 and A4 (£POA). Weatherproof copies available.
Drawings are produced in 2D and include one set of amendments. 3D and isometric drawings are also available (£POA).
